Email Vision (now Smart Focus) was a online email marketing and communication service in Europe.

 

Our task was to revise the IA and charting of a 3rd party system they used to build Campaign Commander - their administrative and reporting dashboard.

 

A more intuitive user experience and better visualizations helped users learn how to improve their strategies, timing and responses visualizations. This created a stronger bond with and greater loyalty from their customer base.
