ABOUT ME
Sometimes, instead of thinking outside the box, it's better to just make the walls disappear.
I've been in UX for over 25 years, have a background in graphic design, and love user experience design because it prioritizes function over style: the better the design, the more it is invisible to the user.
I like to work in teams, am comfortable managing projects, designers and stakeholders. I have a good bedside manner, can think laterally, ask stupid questions, crave difficult problems to solve and complex things to simplify.

For the past couple of years I've worked in crypto, designing an enterprise-level Bitcoin mining operations platform. I’ve designed fixed income trading, risk analysis, investment management and advisor applications for multinational financial institutions. Other projects include insurance undewriting platforms, affiliate marketing platforms and social media applications, CRM and CMS platforms.
I studied at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, CA and received a B.A. degree from the Rhode Island School of Design.
